Refund policy

When we refund a payment for LeadCascade. Last updated 5 November 2026. LeadCascade is provided by Samet Ateşen, trading as Atesen Software, Sakarya, Türkiye. This page repeats the refund rules in the terms of service (clause 8) in one place.

The short version

14 days, full refund, no questions asked. If you are not happy with a payment for LeadCascade, ask for it back within 14 days of the payment and you get all of it.

Who takes the payment

Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle. Paddle is the seller and merchant of record for all orders: it takes the payment, handles VAT and sales tax, and issues refunds. You can ask us or Paddle for a refund. We approve every refund this policy allows.

Pass: $29 once, excl. VAT/sales tax, 7 days, up to 3,000 leads

You may ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase and we will give it.
The pass does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

Monthly plan: $49 per HubSpot account per month, excl. VAT/sales tax

You may ask for a full refund within 14 days of a payment and we will give it.
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Free plan

The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

How to ask

Email support@atesensoftware.com from the address you paid with, and include the order number from your Paddle receipt. We answer within 2 business days.

Your rights under the law

This policy does not take away any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you, or under Paddle’s buyer terms. Where either gives you more, that applies.

What LeadCascade does

Every row of your file becomes a HubSpot lead linked to its contact and company, with a result CSV, a link to each record in HubSpot and Undo for 30 days.

Who it is for: RevOps, sales ops and HubSpot consultants who move leads into HubSpot from another CRM or a spreadsheet and want each lead in the Leads workspace with its contact and company. The HubSpot account needs the Leads object (Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise).

Three steps

Connect HubSpot
You sign in on HubSpot’s own page and choose the account. LeadCascade never sees your HubSpot password.
Check the file, free
Choose a CSV or Excel file with one row per lead. LeadCascade reads your account and shows the leads, new contacts and new companies the run would create. Nothing is written yet.
Type IMPORT n
Type IMPORT and the number of leads. You get a result CSV, a link to each record in HubSpot, and Undo for 30 days.
